Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work for electronics, jewelry, watches, and accessories purchased from Mejia Agency.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, engraved, sized, or personalized jewelry.
- Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings, grillz) for hygiene reasons, once opened.
- Electronics with broken seals, activated software/accounts, or missing serialized components.
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear.
3. How to Start a Return
Email returns@mejiaagency.com with your name, order details, and reason. We'll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Zelle orders are refunded by Zelle (or store credit) within 5-7 business days of approval.
- Progressive Leasing orders are reversed through Progressive per their lease terms; contact us and we'll coordinate the return with the leasing provider.
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to opened electronics. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Warranty
Jewelry includes a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Electronics carry the applicable manufacturer warranty where available. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, or normal wear.
