Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

We make every effort to display Products and prices accurately. All prices are in U.S. dollars and typically range from $100 to $1,200. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and cancel or refuse any order, including after an order has been submitted.

Product images are for illustration. Slight variations in color, finish, or specification may occur. Electronics are sold with applicable manufacturer warranties where available; Mejia Agency is not the manufacturer of branded electronics.

Zelle. Orders may be paid in full via Zelle to the handle shown at checkout. Your order is reserved upon submission and processed once payment is received and confirmed. Because Zelle is a bank-to-bank transfer, payments are generally final and not reversible by chargeback; please review your order carefully before sending payment.

Progressive Leasing (Lease-to-Own). Lease-to-own is offered through Progressive Leasing, an independent third-party provider, subject to a separate application and approval. Leasing is not a loan and terms are set by Progressive Leasing, not Mejia Agency. The total cost to own under a lease may exceed the retail cash price. No credit history is required to apply; approval is not guaranteed. Mejia Agency is not responsible for decisions, terms, or servicing of any lease agreement.

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed only when we confirm payment (Zelle) or lease approval (Progressive Leasing) and dispatch the Product. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion and will refund any amount already paid for a cancelled order.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law. We insure eligible shipments in transit.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

All site content, logos, text, graphics, and the Mejia Agency name, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. Third-party brand names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe Products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mejia Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any Product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
