Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your electronics and jewelry. Orders ship after payment is confirmed (Zelle) or your lease is approved (Progressive Leasing).
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment or lease approval. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Timing
- Standard: 3-6 business days.
- Expedited: 1-3 business days (where available).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with carrier conditions, weather, or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Complimentary insured shipping is available on qualifying orders; otherwise calculated rates are shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
4. Insurance & Signature
Eligible shipments are fully insured in transit. For security, higher-value orders may require an adult signature on delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours at concierge@mejiaagency.com and we'll open an insurance claim with the carrier.
